Creating customer loyalty begins with great customer service. It starts with caring about what your customer needs to be successful. In return, this will make you successful. When you know what your customers like and what they don’t like, it will build a good relationship and makes your customer feel good about doing business with you. If your customers feel good about the way you handle business, they’re more likely to do return business as well as recommend your company to their friends and colleagues. Staying in touch with your clients via email is a terrific way to let your customers know that you’re there when they need you. There are also important things to do within your company. When you treat your employees good and make them feel good about the job they’re doing, it will show in the work they do. They will be outgoing and give your customers a reason to choose you over the competition. In the end, it’s all about paying attention to your customers needs, and ensuring that they get what they want. If you do this you will surely stand out among the competition and create the customer loyalty that your business needs to succeed.

Okay, well everybody knows the whole world is on Facebook and Linkedin these days. Everyone’s posting, checking updates, and sharing each others posts. Have we all forgotten about actual interpersonal communication and interacting with real people? Handshakes and eye to eye contact, mean the world to a lot of business people in our community. Conversations regarding business ideas, personal opinions, or anything to build a personal bond, will build a better business relationship in the long run. Recently Plastic Cardz has been meeting face to face with local Fort Wayne clients, and the feedback has been very rewarding. Making appointments with different customers, actually sitting down for lunch, will leave a much better impression then a “like” on Facebook or an email. This is where you want to promote yourself, and show potential customers what you can do for their company or business. Handing your customer a paper business card is okay, but how much of an impression is it going to leave? Is your card going to end up in the trash after the meeting? When you give your customers a customized plastic business card, they’re going to be much more likely to actually hang on to your card, put it on the refrigerator, or show it to a colleague or friend. We understand at Plastic Cardz that advertising on the internet is big business, but we strive to personally meet with our local clientele, and try to build a real business relationship.

Having a business begins with a lot of planning and starts with a mission statement that expresses the purpose. Then there is the vision statement that is a long term goal describing what an organization wants to become. There are 3 types of planning for 3 types of management.

1)Strategic Planning: Determine what the organizations long term goals should be for the next 1-5 years with the resources they plan to have available.

2) Tactical Planning: Determine what contributions their departments or similar work units can make during the next 6-24 months.

3) Operational Planning: Determine how to accomplish specific tasks with available resources within the next 1-52 weeks.

Most businesses take up to 5 years to achieve great profits and be successfully established. This takes superior operational planning that requires proactive and innovative thinking. Operational planning must produce the plan outcomes while managing constraints on time and money.

Plastic Cardz offers recycled plastic cards!

Recycled Plastic Cards Made from PETG
PETG, or polyethylene terephthalate glycol, is actually derived from polyester and is 100% recyclable and biodegradable without creating harmful gases. Widely used by leading plastic card retailers and credit cards makers, PETG exhibits the same characteristics as PVC and is the perfect material for your recycled business cards or other applications.

In addition to being an eco-friendly card, PETG offers a wide range of innovative, tailor-made specifications – thanks to its co-extrusion processing, high mechanical strength and excellent flex tests. Every design option you choose is guaranteed to look great on this plastic!

Recycled Plastic Cards Made from ABS
Each blank card that you purchase that’s made from ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic will signify your commitment to reducing environmental waste. That’s because ABS is made from recycled plastic and is also completely recyclable. Even more durable than PVC, ABS cards are constructed using the same quality printing and personalization processes used on our standard PVC plastic cards.

As with PETG, ABS cards are compatible with all our custom printed products, as well as our many design options. Contact Chris Howell or Ryan Messmann to learn more or to get an estimate on using either PETG or ABS for your next order of plastic cards.

The trend of the world economy moving toward becoming more interdependent is globalization. Things such as oil, precious metals, & the need for cheap goods made in other countries contribute to the need for business overseas. This is much more accessible since the beginning of the internet, e-mail, & video conferencing, which creates the global village. E-commerce is a major example of this. The U.S. retail e-commerce sales were estimated at $4.2 billion in the 3rd quarter of 2011. Carried to its practical possibilities, that comes out to annual sales of $192.8 billion. An amazing American success story is about Jeffery Bezos. He left Wall Street in 1994 to launch an online book store called Amazon.com. He believed that with the proliferation of the internet, there could be a great deal of business interaction through electronic means. In 2011, Amazon.com reported net sales of $48.07 billion. That being said, electronic business is profitable, but does not take the place of a face-to-face meeting & a handshake when it comes to companies doing business. Both are very relevant in today’s world. Plastic Cardz is striving and thriving with local business in the greater Midwest. We can help your companies image, and make you stand out among the competition!
