What is the minimum amount of cards that I can order?
We require a minimum order of 250 cards. Custom die cuts require a minimum order of 1,000 cards. Because of our competitive prices, we cannot offer quantities less than the  minimum order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

What is the turnaround time for my card order?

Orders will take at least 10-14 days for the product to arrive at your door after we have received your approval to begin production. Turnaround time may vary depending on options and quantities of orders.

What thicknesses do you offer for your cards?

Our cards range from 0.11, 0.15, 0.18, 0.20, 0.24 & 0.30 mil in thickness.  (0.30 mil is as thick as a standard credit card.)

What is the standard size for your cards?

The standard size that we offer is 3 3/8” x 2 1/8”.  (This is the same size as a standard credit card.)  All of our cards come with rounded corners.

How do I place an order?

Do you offer samples of your products?

Yes, we will be glad to send you a free sample pack. Simply click the free sample link on the homepage, fill out the form and we will promptly send you some of our samples.

Can I use my own designs?
Yes, you can always provide us with your own designs. Personal designs can be emailed to us (see “Artwork Requirements” page).  There is a $50.00 set up fee for provided artwork.

 Where do we e-mail our image files or artwork?

I do not have a designer, can you create a design for my company?

We would be happy to make a design for you.  Our price is $50.00 an hour.  Let us know if you are in need of a design, and we will have one of our customer service representatives contact you.

Will I be able to approve any designs that Plastic Cardz has created for me?
Yes, you will receive an electronic proof before we start production. The work will need to be signed and returned to us before we proceed with production.

 Can my cards be personalized?

Yes, we can personalize your cards by printing individual names, sequential numbering, random numbering, and more.
What happens if I want changes done to my design?

We offer unlimited revisions. Quality and satisfaction are our main goals and if any errors are found, we will correct it to meet your approval.

When is payment expected?

After your artwork has been approved we will require payment in full before we begin to process your order.

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind on my order?

You can cancel your order before we start our final production. After we have received your signature of approval for production there are no refunds. Cancellations before the final approval are available for full refund. There is a 20.00 service fee that is non-refundable.

If I’ve gotten a price quote that is lower than yours, will you match it?
Depending on the specifications we will do our best to match the lowest price you have been quoted from any other company. We cannot guarantee that we will match any price given. We must see a valid quote from the company that has quoted you for less than what Plastic Cardz has quoted you.

If I am ordering clear cards and color matching is important. What information would I need to provide?
On clear cards it is very hard to match colors exactly the way you want it. To match the color you want, we would need pantone colors. This will enable us to do our best to match the color as close as we can. Our capabilities of matching the colors you desire are at 70-80% with pantone colors. It is impossible to match them 100%.
